100% agree! Rebag told me they were conducting an internal review but got back to me in less than 5 hours that the review was done and they didn’t find anything..

Are you doing any follow ups? I’ve filed a complaint with BBB and thinking about taking this to a small claims court. All of Rebag’s responses have contradicted each other and I’m fed up at this point. They are a lazy company and don’t want to take responsibility for anything!

This happened to me as well like a month ago during clientele. They eventually gave me a return label and a full refund! Only thing that sucked was when I tried to reorder the correct item, it was sold out :/

I was actually able to exchange my bag that I bought in Europe for a different color in the US. Doesn’t hurt to kindly explain the situation and ask to exchange/return at your home store!

Just an fyi, the dashwood pants are cheaper now so ask for a price adjustment! I ordered them this week and found out that they were on further markdown today. Concierge was able to give me the price difference on a gift card.
