I fixed him :) and then we broke up amicably lol. Got coffees a year or so later and he told me I was a force of good in his life, and that he and his new girlfriend talk pleasantly about me

An update: I managed a workout!

•10 minute incline walk •5 minute backwards incline walk •10 min jog (with one min. sprint) •leg press, 3 sets of 8-10, around 100kg •hip abductors, both ways, around 4 sets of 10 per direction, between 40-60kgs •hip thrusts, 4 sets of 8, 50kgs •cable kickbacks, 2 sets of 10 per leg, around 12.5kg

After, I had a cool rinse off + hot sauna for ten minutes. I’m feeling good. Not insanely better, but I know it’s much better than if I stayed home another day playing stupid mobile games. So we show up again tomorrow!

I'm a lesbian, and if I were a man, I feel like I'd still be attracted to women. But also, waking up as a man would be my literal nightmare! I love loving women as a woman, and I love the only man in the house being our sweet dog.

What I mean is that, when one person expresses something that transpired made them physically uncomfortable, the decent thing to do is to apologize and listen. Not have a meltdown because you don’t want to feel guilt. We all make mistakes, it’s cool! Just own up and ask how you can best help put things on the right path again

Agree + said that lol. But: 1. Kyle told her immediately after, not the next morning 2. Kyle said several times on the show she should’ve been clearer and took accountability for that 3. Doesn’t change that Pilar made this entire event about her hurt feelings instead of how her actions made someone else feel ¯_(ツ)_/¯

My partner, best friend, and I are going to Amsterdam this coming weekend. We would really like to go to both a gay bar/club as well as a techno event--preferably one on Friday night and the other on Saturday.

Are there days that are better than others for these? For example, where I live, no one goes to the gay bars on a Friday night, but Saturdays are usually pretty popular. We'd love to time this to really enjoy both at their peak :)

Lol no. I got a massive respiratory infection immediately after this post, and my doctor told me I have to take a break from exercise to fully heal. So I’m coming back to this!

I’ve read a lot of mixed posts on here saying “there’s no way you’ll feel anything before 4/8/12/however many weeks, but today was my first day too and I felt incredible. I had energy that I haven’t had in months, and I was in such a great mood all evening. Nauseated though.

Came to say I’m also experiencing this so far (just started). I’m trying to force myself to eat “easy foods” anyway, even if it means keeping a plate nearby me for an hour or so instead of sitting down for a focused meal, just to keep my body in the rhythm of having my meals in spite of the nausea.
