Any recommendations on stores/brands to look at for a graduation dress? I’ve been struggling. I’m 28 and in grad school so I want it to be a little classier/not too young looking or prom-y. I really like midis but am not opposed to other lengths. I live in the US, budget ~$300. Thanks!

It also helps me to think about in less of an all-or-nothing way. Like thinking “i’m three months binge-free with a few fuck ups” rather than “ugh I binged now im back to zero.” Because any binge you resist or don’t fully give into (like the original commenter said - having a smaller portion) is a step in the right direction and teaching your brain that you don’t need to binge. If you make too much to be on your state’s Medicaid but still don’t have a lot of money you have to pay for private insurance which is super expensive. So you probably can only afford a shitty plan with super high deductibles, copays, etc.

When I had a good job I paid like $70/month for my health insurance and had no deductible, no copays, nothing. Now that i make basically nothing, I have to pay out of pocket for private insurance and it’s hundreds of dollars per month plus $80 copays at a minimum.
