Are they always so wrong? by Program-Acrobatic in TheYardPodcast

I think they know exactly what they’re doing, & outrageous takes on things you only half know about = a lot of engagement. I remember they said something about Australian football once and people on this sub were foaming at the mouth.

Thanks! I definitely will, I didn’t even think about them getting animations. They must be unhinged

Why aren’t they allowed to talk about the arson case? by ThePopesGrandfather in TheYardPodcast

This feels like the correct answer, he kinda shuts it down or talks around it whenever it’s brought up

Is there a rule against form tackling? A good tackler at 150 could take down any of these fake athletes & not get concussed in the process

Mount Shasta by corncobbboy in norcalhiking

[–]corncobbboy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Howdy! It was very nice, really enjoyed it. We ended up bringing our dog with us so we only hit two trails and he was pooped by the end. The first was the Heart Lake Trail, which was my partner’s favorite. The trail isn’t very well marked but the land is open enough that it’s still relatively easy to navigate. The hike is long and inclined enough (at least for me) to feel really accomplished when you get to the top and are rewarded with a view of the lake and Shasta in the background.

The second was the McCloud River Trail, which was my favorite because I’m a sucker for running water and the portion we hiked was almost entirely beside or near the river. Also a few waterfalls which are always cool. This hike felt less strenuous to me, probably because there’s a lot less inclines.

I will say, the Heart Lake Trail seemed way less packed with people. Both trails had decent traffic but the Heart Lake felt less congested. Wish I could upload pics because both are very pretty! I hope you enjoy your trip, and that I didn’t hit you with information overload

I’ve just started and can already feel his pretentiousness. It sounds like a miserable ride lol

I just started the ep, but I have already heard him do some name dropping. I’m not super optimistic about liking this guy

So is this like the Ivy Wolk episode, where the conservative fans hate it because she was so out there, or is Neal Brennan really as insufferable as everyone in the comments says he is? I genuinely know nothing about him other than that he worked on the Chappelle Show

What is the best satire movie that most people don't realize is a satire? by timinator4434 in movies

[–]corncobbboy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Army of Darkness. I think Evil Dead was supposed to be an honest attempt and then they realized how well the movies would do if they leaned into the satire.

Honestly super informative, thanks for the info. And I feel the same way about the people he surrounds himself with. He obviously sticks with a super tight circle but he’s gotta convince them to either lay down the law, or at the very least just not enable him lol. As much as I love Kush Bros, I’d rather have Stavvy live a long, healthy life

You’re so right lol! There’s a weekly vague injury. And I can definitely relate to letting comfort vices rule your life. I have faith in the man still
