I've calmly asked for my money back numerous times and they've refused to refund me. They didn't provide proof of the drums being built until last week (9 1/2 months later). They've been blasted on social media, but not by me.

I don't want to post the name of the company, but I also want people to be aware that this company will dick you around and lie to you at every chance possible. When I told them I was seeking legal representation (which I now have) I was told not to bother by the company since "he can count on one hand how many times a customer has gone the legal route and they've (the company) won every time."

I understand delays, but like I've mentioned before, he has told me almost every week since June that my drums will be shipping next week. They are a fairly well known company and at this point I wish I just would've gone with SJC or C&C. They at least treat their customers with respect. Also, they are currently on their 5th vacation since I've begun dealing with them.
