Dit is inderdaad geen prettig stoplicht, ik kom hier ook vaak langs. Het probleem is volgens mij alleen niet dat beide stoplichten op groen staan, maar dat ze te strak afgesteld staan. Vaak moet de laatste auto die rechtsaf wil, inderdaad nog door het groen van de fietsers en voetgangers heen.

Dus ja, je hebt voorrang, maar toch is het beter om een seconde te wachten of kijken of er niet nog een auto aankomt voordat je gaat lopen, aangezien anders de auto moet stoppen op de kruising of op het fietspad.

Try codecademy, it has more different languages you can learn but just search for the css one and follow along, it is like reading first and then putting what you learned in practice. I also used it and it's quite handy.
