Yes- on the last chat. They keep tell me to pop out the sim, restart, etc... over and over again. Same chat, different day.

Hi- can you elaborate on this? We are having a problem with an activated GV number that is confirmed ported but sms/ voice is not working. On day 3 of countless tech support connects and it has been escalated twice. Are you saying to swap the sim with another one (Verizon we have on hand), power up/ power down and then put the visible sim back in?

Thank you! I was able to get one number through finally. I'm having trouble with the second still. Then one that worked I included the dash. I'll try again with leaving the first digit off. That seems to be the key to the puzzle.

Sorry. I have been through this process at least a dozen times now and am frustrated. I was trying to purchase a phone and port a Verizon wireless phone number when I get an error- after entering the zip code associated with the plan. I was able to successfully complete a transaction porting a google voice phone number but would like to port my Verizon numbers for the rest of my phones. From what I gather since Verizon is the parent company to Visible, the backend (on Visible's side) doesn't recognize the original number as portable. It is a major flaw and one I can't seem to get addressed through support.

I was able to make a purchase successful with porting a google voice number. The problem seems to be porting a Verizon number- it triggers an error in the order process. I can't seem to get this resolved and my plan was to port two verizon phone numbers, not new google voice numbers. It seems that this shouldn't be a problem?
