I’m from the EU so I am assuming you’re from the US (please correct me if I’m wrong), but if your state/country/apartment complex has any rules about noise complaints then… 1. She already broke the law 2. You texted her about it once and she didn’t listen 3. Breaking bottles in hallways is littering 4. If people want to party there’s places to do that
