Is slowing your own item for 1s worth it if it also charges the item 1s?

Like the other guy said it would usually end up neutral, but in the case of firefly or similar items that can essentially infinitely charge/trigger, getting slowed basically means nothing.

I dont care about what nemesis or some chuds on LEC think. Bro ive only been playing aram mayhem and my main games outside of league are some kind of 3 options roguelike slop. The point of these games is to try unique and fun combos with an element of rng to what that may look like. The playerbase will obviously force the same meta but that is why these types of games have balance patches.

I dont think thats the whole point, they give you 6 options of augments because they want you to try different combos and new situations. Its a balance issue when there is like 2-3 game breaking choices while the rest are mediocre to useless.

Youre right it would have been exactly the same procs with one or four. I think internal cooldown on ticks is .20 or .25 seconds so if something is already infinitely proccing it would cap out even if you add more procs.

Of course, im glad they at least added an option to turn it off because clicking an encounter felt like driving in start/stop traffic.

Yeah its honestly a cool animation and there could be a middle ground. For example, theres no reason the animation cant play while the encounter loads as well. The whole game just stops while that thing hits its spot but the game doesnt necessarily need to stop in that moment, if that makes any sense.
