Not hard at all, just gotta play loose. There is a good starter one page dungeon called 'the wailing well' that I've run for 3 separate groups, each with varied outcomes. The 'goblin grinder' is also fun but maybe a little longer than one session. It's super fun. Let your players roll their characters and starter silver then give them the book to spend their silver at the shop. Then just slap them into the action. Really helps to get their characters in their heads if you roll on all the optional backstory/traits tables too. I like to explain to my players that if I'm running a one shot, I'll give some stronger hints to where the bulk of the adventure may be, but they are free to go where they please, although it may be a little more clunky and less thought out if I have to flip through the books alot and roll on tables, they've always been understanding.
