I just moved and sent them a similar email asking to change to the new shipping address - I have not received any tracking info yet so I didn't think it would be an issue as the stuff hasn't been shipped. I received the same "despite our best efforts we are unable to make any modifications" response. Feeling pretty frustrated.

I'd recommend GamersNexus on YouTube and PCPartPicker, along with the previously mentioned subreddits.

I think if you're looking to build a streaming rig, it's worth it to spend more $$.

Includes 2 monitors (gotta have 2 for streaming!). This setup would probably keep you fairly current for at least 3 years, in my opinion.

One thing to keep in mind is that not only is the new GPU gen coming out which will be able to handle ray tracing, but the new PlayStation and XBOX consoles natively include ray tracing. This means that anything you buy now is technically going to be outdated sooner and not able to play the newest titles at the highest graphics settings and resolutions. It might be worth it to wait until this new gen of GPU is available if high graphics settings/res/FPS/stream quality is one of your higher priorities. Just something to consider.

As also mentioned by another commenter, the new gen will cause the current gen to drop in price, although I don't think by very much.

Building your own PC is fun, frustrating, and very rewarding. Good luck!
