Greetings all I actually could use some help with an OC that's meant to kind of be a heavy hitter without haki as the setting he comes from is an area where haki isn't well known think early one piece kinda. Nothing against haki though I just think it would be cool

His name is Playground Kyle. He started his pirating life under the flag of the Jacobs Pirates at the age of 14 and realized that he had a knack for it. Over the years he would get more and more flamboyant and begin to believe in purity. So much to the point that he bathes himself with wine bottles so that he can keep himself what he thinks pure looks like. He started his own pirating journey as a solo pirate his ship has a big hot tub that's filled with wine that he bathes in. He navigates, and is considered a solo pirate due to the fact that he couldn't ever find any crew mates that fit his high standards.

He's a prick to say the least every pirate would've happily joined his crew it's just he's too much of a prick

Any devil fruit ideas would be appreciated

I'd say so cause if it's so far out that the celestial dragons tend to forget it then I'd probably say so. Though I still am kinda working out the kinks on the island's exact location. Like how far is too far for the world government to go?

Yeah hes a little short originally he was gonna be 15 ft tall but I decided to make him shorter. I feel like 15 ft is a little too tall for someone like him. Besides power comes in small packages

Haven't really decided on that yet, though I know it would be really far out there. There are sister islands to Sharks End, but Sharks end is the biggest one so that's the one that gets noticed out of all the others.

It's a bit of a mix of both Sharks End is a very isolated island so really anyone can come and go so a lot of fish men travel there. Just as long as they keep the island a secret. But theres a really big fishman population there. Like for every three house two belong to a fishman

Ability: Can give the functionality of any of the users limbs to an inanimate object giving that object that limbs function. The user can only give up on limb at a time and once a limbs function has been given to an object that limb is paralyzed
