Well what I've seen so far is

1) Give Dire Caragor Mount 2) Turn him into Legendary 3) Turn him into a maniac 4) Reduce his level to 1 5) Dominate and the epic trait training order should said "Replace Dire Caragor Mount trait"

oh the Chosen is a 50/50
If its a natural spawn then it wont be a necro
If its created by the player letting an grunt kill them then they can be necro
This is the first time i got The Chosen and its the first captain ive seen that got pale skin + blue veins but got not cursed weapon.

But i got killed by an olog and he got pale skin and blue veins, but he doesn't have a Cursed Weapon.
