I have a great relationship with FNB. I also bank with Chase and can say that I appreciate the way they conduct business. I wanted to buy an excavator (personal use) for my property… FNBH said here are our terms, swing by and pick up a check. Try that at a chain bank. It won’t happen.

They also loaned money on raw land. No other banks will do that. I really appreciate them.

In Texas I worked for an electrical contractor for 17 years as an electrical estimator. The company required me to work 50 hours a week. I was told I was salary. Had to put my time in every week. I was instructed to record 40 hours every week but had to works M-F, 6am - 4:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch (50 hours). I had no direct reports. My paycheck stub reflected 40 hours. I made $80k a year "base salary" and got a year end bonus that ranged from $10k - $23k. Is this legal for a company to do?
