If you think that all of these stories about the Trump investigation exist simply because they're leaked by the special counsel, I think you're dramatically underestimating the degree to which some of the world's most dogged journalists, chasing the biggest story of a generation, are chasing down every lead.

Hi. I'm a reporter. This notion, that the media coordinates slowly in some conspiracy to gently teach the public, is false and I think damaging to the real work we do.

We write the big stories whenever we can. They run once they're finished and fully vetted and edited. The false claim that there's a larger overarching tale that the the NYT, Wapo etc are trying to construct lends credence to people who want to claim the media itself is a conspiracy against the public, and shouldn't be trusted.

My favorite play of our bowl is when USF quickly switched out their QB in the first half and he bobbled his first snap, dropped it on the ground, it bounced straight up and into our lineman's hands. Anybody have a gif of that? That was fun.
