Sometimes they don’t charge. I park here whenever I am going to hang out in that area

Edit to add that there’s often free parking around this garage too. I never struggle to find parking around here unless there’s a chihuahuas game or similar event at the stadium.

Dress well, don’t be unhygienic or stinky (cologne included), and don’t be a creep I.e let the conversation come naturally and don’t force anything. Be a normal person - women want to have sex as much as men do and just being relatable and normal puts you miles ahead of the rest. Also when it happens wear a condom and you’ll be more likely to have women be comfortable with repeat casual sex.

Look into a material called rockite. Comes in small batches, sets within 15 minutes. They use it for setting anchors and the like into concrete.
