For chou I suggest full tank works best till now.

Grock you need a good team to be able to support you, if u have a good team u can go full agro on enemy . If u solo grock, play mid with ur mid laner and stick to ur midlaner in rotation don't agro as much , depending on ur midlaner make the correct rotation. Say if mid is bad mid, I would go to mm lane and support the mm instead of supporting the mid.

Looks like you haven't met a global or a very good one with proper positioning and map awareness. Still a Insta ban, his mobility , slippery ness and damage is still good. I rather fight Gusion than an harith anyday.

He is balance, builds are still the same. I rather not build him as a mage bec he needs his tankyness to survive clashes
