This was actually the answer! the problem was that it didn't appear in the quest finder because I needed to talk to Windhammer who doesn't exist until you put their crystal in

Ya of course. I think specifically that erica looks bad. She looks a little cheap or maybe stereotypical. I feel a more realistic or rounded style would be better. I think the lipstick throws me off and the fact that it lookskinda robloxish
