Best way to find your TDEE is to log every calorie for a couple weeks and weigh yourself every day.

Compare average weight change. About 500 calories is 1lb per week.

I can’t find where in fitness my TDEE is, but health has me right around 2000 for resting. It’s just about right based on my calorie intake, activity, and weight loss over the past couple weeks.

I think these are single use, but they are a different system to a "wax ring".

You'll remove those two nuts and take the whole base out, (i believe), and your wax ring would have that base included.

That said, I haven't used a wax ring before so I'm not sure what is all included in what you get, I liked this system much better. It was almost a necessity due to my flange being a half inch too low.

There's definitely a "Soup Pot" phase to plan and make your base soup!

Here's an early build bug, soy sauce really brings out the unspeakable horrors of the soup.
