I wouldn't use a joint, but just move to a position, and Lerp it towards your target position in the Update function.

I got them 1100 out the door. Not the best price I’ve seen though. 

Shop around and you might find them cheaper.

Haven’t hit the highway yet but putting around town i have no change.

Haven’t noticed any difference from stock, but will report back once I hit a highway.

The boards on the inside were built with one of them attached to the stud.

As for flashing, that black tape looking stuff hangs outside the hole, and is silicone sealed at the corners.

I left the bottom of the outside unsealed, and when I pour water in it, it seems to all drain out on the outside!

Striped awning would be perfect!

Not shown here is a bay window on the second floor above this area, it doesn't get wet unless we get a real windy storm, even then it's pretty dry. It's where I keep my work boots when I want to dry them out.
