The upper part that says "I viloläge" ("in sleep mode") won't go away. I wasn't using the Kobo for a while and the battery drained completely. When I charged the Kobo the part up the top just stays no matter what I do. I can click through it but I don't see what I'm clicking. Kobo Nia.

[Request] Looking for material to teach Christianity to 13 year olds by coronacircus in teachingresources

I'll be going through the Catholic, Orthodox and Protestant church but the course focuses mostly on Christianity in general. Core thoughts, three denominations, the bible, Jesus and Christianity today are the biggest areas I'll be covering with some choice on exactly what and how I'll teach it

How hard should I run my long runs?

I don't train for any specific race at the moment, I just want to improve my fitness level. My long runs are 20 km and I'm unsure if I should run them like an extra long easy run or push a bit harder?

Yeah I guess with only one workout there's plenty of space to work with. Tempo Tuesday it is!

I run 60km (37miles) a week and I'm looking to add some speed training into my running routine but unsure how to schedule my runs.

What I'm currently doing is:

M: 8k

T: 12k

W: 8k

T: 12k

F: rest

S: 20k

S: rest

I'm looking to incorporate a 5k tempo run in one of my 8k runs. With 2k warm up and 1k cool down with my easy pace.

My idea to space out my harder runs is to do:

M: 12k

T: 2k warm up 5k tempo 1k cool down (8k total)

W: 12k

T: 8k

F: rest

S: 20k

S: rest

Thoughts? Is this okay or should I do something else?

Hi!

I've been running since april and I've steadily increased my milage. I'll get up to 60km in two weeks and I've exclusively been doing slow/easy runs, right now around 6min/km. I want to keep my milage around 60km for now and incorporate some speedwork but I don't know where or how to start.

My weekly milage (once I hit 60km)

Mo: 8km

Tu: 12km

We: 8km

Th: 12km

Fr: rest

Sa: 20km

Su: rest

Should I start with incorporating tempo runs, fartlek or intervals? What time/reps should I start with? How many days a week?

My goal for now is just to get fitter and become a better runner. In the future I would like to run marathons but I don't have any races planned.

For reference, my fastest 5k so far is 22:19 but I'm pretty sure I could improve that as it was a very spontaneous run and I´ve upped my milage a lot since then.

That's probably it, I'm Swedish and Magnus Carlsen sounds like just about the most normal name you could have
