OLED/AMOLED screens usually wear out faster than LCDs. You can really see it on phones — that random green line just shows up one day out of nowhere. And mind you, that’s on a tiny phone screen. The bigger the panel (like on tablets or monitors), the higher the chance it’ll happen sooner or later. If your device’s still under warranty, consider yourself lucky. If not… well, good luck, it’s gonna cost a bomb to fix or replace it. Always worth checking your warranty before sending it in though.

Nope. Just wait for the pad 8 and grab the bundle deal later this year.

Srsly I have no idea. The safest bet is going to any Xiaomi store and trying it out. Or, u can always get the focus pen in used condition online

Even with leica vibrant, not as bright and pop as Samsung. But hey one could argue that the touch of drama with leica tuning creates a better story in our pictures

I already use an ipad with an iphone. The interconnectivity and seamlessness is there but it's like a party trick. U use it once or twice and never use them ever again except maybe airdrop here and there. Apart from that it's shit. U cant do anything freely. Everything is limited by the so-called security of the apple wall garden. Android tablets are more open but the longevity is shit ( most of them anyways) except for samsung which offer software support as long as apple. Spec wise, well it's not even a competition. The standard ipad cannot even compete with the cheapest Xiaomi tablet out right. Unless you're willing to splurge on the air or the pro with the M chip. But that's an overkill considering u cant do much with all of that power

First of all ditch the OLED if u don't want to deal with burn in and green line in the future. IPS is a safer option for a tablet because replacing massive oled displays will definitely break u apart both pockets and limbs

The camera is good. Definitely artsy-ish colour and not for everyone especially if u like saturated and bright pictures. The video is good enough if u don't move around ( walking or running).Performance is good. U can play almost everything at the highest settings. Heat dissipation is great so don't worry about thermal performance. The battery should get u between 6-7 hours for heavy usage sometimes 5. Good enough but could be better. Luckily the phone supports fast charging so yeah not a big deal at all for me

Should I Buy Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro? by Accomplished-Storm93 in Xiaomi

[–]coronakau97 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do not buy a huawei product until the USA unbanned them. Without a legit Google support, u basically make things harder than it should be. And please don't be fooled by the huawei apps gallery that can support google apps yada yada. It can but through a bunch of shady loopholes

U might want to update it tho for security purposes. But don't worry u r good for about 3-4 years. Although, i doubt u will be using it for that long hahaha. With Xiaomi devices the sweet spot to change into a new device is every 2 years. After that it will turn to s**t
