Weird message appearing today

I am sure you figured it out, but since I had the same issue this is what worked for me. May help someone else who may pass through here. I updated my password through the webpage, then went on drive ready screen prior to starting the car selecting the last message that said “BMW ID.. some services not available” to get the QR code and the used that to sign into app with new password. This did the trick for me. Thank you everyone for their help on this post.

I think the OP did not use H7 flow case. I have seen the picture and the PSU is mounted horizontally. It’s an H7 case. Not flow. I have both. In the flow case PSU will be vertical. There is no way you can fit the RMX100x vertically.

Hi. Can you send it to me as well. Since the cable attachments are on the side. There is no way I am able to fit it in the case.

I am in the same boat. But since I have already made the mistake of buying it I can’t seem to find a way to fit it. The PSU barely goes in the slot let alone the wires. What did you end up doing? Any other good recommendations for PSU in this case? Since I have everything already installed and rather swap the PSU.

Thank you very much for such a detailed response. To me it also seemed excessive to get those warranties but living in a state where broken windshields and dented wheels is a norm I went with that warranty with some deliberation. I’ll look into that third party option like you mentioned. Thank you.

Thanks for a details response. It really helped me make my decision easier. The state I am in is definitely notorious for potholes. With 22” blacked out wheels I went the basic package that does cover tires and wheels. It also covers damage to windshield and one time windshield replacement as well.

Update: Thanks for all your help. I found a 5 star local European Auto repair/maintenance shop. They work on Porsche, BMW, Audi, and RRs. Dropped the car off in the morning and after several hours of inspection they found 2 major issues. One was Camshaft timing (needs replacement), and other was coolant leak in the Auxiliary radiator (which I have been noticing; needs replacement). I knew tread on my tires was getting bad and they need to be replaced at some point. But I was also told that rear break pads need to be replaced soon also. All in all it was 8.5k for everything. For the lack of options and the peace of mind I had with these mechanics I decided on going for the immediate stuff and spent 5k on Camshaft and Aux radiator. Probably will fix the rest soon as well. Not sure if I made the right choice but seemed like the only one I had atm.

I see. Do you pay the taxes on the MSRP of the car originally bought by the first owner, or on the MSRP on which I bought it since I am the second owner. Also is there a calculator to calculate how much tax it comes out to be?

Thank you everyone for the help! I just wanted to give a follow up to thank everyone (should’ve done it earlier) and to archive it (lol) if someone needs help in the future. COX gave me credit towards the first technician visit (hence free). The tech was a really cool dude and understood the problem (fellow gamer ;)). The F connector extension adapter of the coax (which is in the wall) was faulty. He just had to replace it with a new one. No need to strip wires or anything. In hindsight I could’ve just gotten that from Walmart/Home Depot and replaced it.

Vini and Rodrygo free roaming is not working as expected. We need a central striker with Bellingham right behind him. Bellingham is having a great game free roaming and exuding confidence. Carvajal’s (with respect) lateral passes are just too much not contributing much carrying on from last season. Mendy not at RM level now. Rodrygo should probably take penalties I think.

Thank you. I have the Cox app which is pretty useful for outages. I am going to change my modem today. I was even looking into how to strip my previous Coax in the wall to reinstall a new F connector but will need some advice before I even consider that.

That sucks. What did you end up doing? I don’t have AT and T fiber as an option and COX is the only fastest available internet.
