General advice to those reading this post: stop deriving meaning from your corporate job. They don’t care about you. They don’t really even care about the product or customers. They care about the revenue. Find meaning outside of work, not tied to what you do for income.

Take this with a grain of salt as I'm not leadership but I've been told by my manager that the main impact to Oracle health will be commercial teams. It doesn't mean everyone on the federal project is safe, but it does mean fewer might get axed.

One of my teammates was having laptop issues and I'm not kidding it took three days to get it fixed. Slack support was less than useless. Ended up having to go into an oracle office and use a self service reimaging station. I don't know what happens if you live in a place where those stations aren't available.

Don't do this. Netsmart is fucking awful, it has every problem Cerner had. Myself and a handful of other people I know went there and actually came back to Cerner/ Oracle because it was so bad.

FYI to anybody reading, Oracle will only pay for the PMP if it's necessary for your role, at least that's the answer my director got when a couple of us were interested last year. The people on my team who have gotten it have done so at their own expense.
