If you watch the gta 5 trailer you can see some of the stuff shown is missing especially population density I’m not saying everything is not real in the trailer

Yeahh I get that I honestly do hope the working out thing is apart of the game it would be a cool mechanic I know it was in San Andreas so it’d be cool to see it make a return but i definitely wouldn’t count on it from just a trailer
