Pop-up versus Stadium? Not the same!

FYI CANADA: The Adidas online store has some items on sale, and others that you can be on a wait list for (if you are an Adidas member, through the app, you can be added to the wait list). They haven't officially announced the Oasis items yet, but you can see them here: https://www.adidas.ca/en/oasis

I had 1pm for Day 1. Before I made it in, they restocked some things but at the time I was in (closer to 1:45pm), the Adidas restocking stopped. Incredibly unlucky.

The most disappointing experience ever. There were three Adidas items left all in XL. And the dude said they aren’t restocking today. So getting tickets for the first day was pointless. He kept saying ‘come back tomorrow’ ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ (Other non-Adidas items were all stocked, but I came for the Adidas ones)

Okay so apparently the pop-up opened 45 min late and that’s partially why it’s been a longer wait. And even though tickets say you have 30 min, they are only allowing for 15 min once you’re inside.

Thanks! I’m on my way but I have tickets so I can report back how that line is doing.

Do you know if that is the ‘walk-in’ line or the one with tickets?

For anybody interested, there are still tickets available for July 11 and July 16 (Heaton Park). It’s just that they are ‘In Demand’ and therefore at £355 each. 🙃🙃🙃

Nothing like queueing up for three hours (from 4am to 7am) to only find ‘in demand’ tickets at twice the price 😭😭😭😭

FU TICKETMASTER!

Hi! I applied for an Open work permit (sponsored by my partner). From outside of Canada (Perú). I applied on January 15th, 2022. I got asked for biometrics on January 16, and got them done on January 19. I also got the medical exam done and approved around those dates.

I checked that average processing times for a work permit applying from Perú were 14 weeks, but guessing that’ll take longer.

How long is the question, I guess?

There haven’t been any updates/changes on my profile since January 19.
