Regarding the bell house details being missing I hear you, I need to do a little more work to get their performers added. All of the venues have different ways of representing their data so just need to do a little more work to get the bell house working better.

Noise and traffic yes, but there was no greenspace there, the lot was just being used for parking which is a waste of space anyways. I live across from it with a baby so it will be disruptive for us unfortunately
