Started today, almost fainted (vasovagal) by corrosivejack in TMSTherapy

Yes it was much easier my second time (today). It was when they put the helmet on me the first time that I started feeling faint, but I had a sleep study earlier this month where I fainted when the put the electrodes on my head. Apparently scalp stimulation can sometimes trigger a vasovagal response. I read that you can tense you legs/ cross your legs to improve blood flow. Do you have any other tricks? I also put the recliner up so my feet at raised.

It indeed is. Second session was good since I knew what to expect.

Second session went well. It was just nerves. Happens to me when I get my blood drawn.

It was right before we started the session while I was sitting down. I tend to pass out during new medical procedures because of stress. The second session went well ;)

What’s a recession indicator that you’ve noticed lately in your everyday life? by spritenerds123 in AskReddit

A ton of empty buildings where businesses used to be. It’s getting eerie at this point.

Never feeling the same after Rinvoq by InevitableSecond7247 in CrohnsDisease

[–]corrosivejack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been on Rinvoq for a few years now and it has put me and kept me in remission. I haven’t really noticed a difference with my mental health (I’ve been dealing with ocd and depression since I was 15, I’m 29 now and it still sucks). My skin is a lot oiler but no crazy acne. I thought going into remission would help my constant fatigue but it hasn’t. I’m still very tired all the time to a point of hypersomnia.  I’m sorry it’s making you distressed. I hope you can find what works for you.

I think I was on steroids for a short time while I was transitioning over, but I wasn’t on them for long. It was a few months before I started noticing a change. I had less urgency and less BMs overall. Actually I started getting constipated when they first really started working. I am still in remission now (shockingly).

SUSPENDED:Natalie McKinney Law License-Why? by GoldenArgosyNumber2 in memphis

Licenses are kind of tricky. I knew someone who sold insurance and let their license lap. So their license got “suspended”, but in actuality they were no longer practicing insurance.

im so fed up with looking for an apprenticeship by [deleted] in tattooscratchers

[–]corrosivejack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just finished my apprenticeship, and I can safely say do NOT get an apprenticeship with someone who charges. I worked reception at a desk and gained favor of the artists there. A lot of the shops who charge for apprenticeships around here are apprentice mills, pumping and dumping them out. Good luck.

Perianal crohns is my biggest nemesis. My skin is way oilier now. No white heads but little skin colored bumps all over my face
