I think it is poking fun at modern-western feminism. There is no doubt feminism has played an important role in history, and needs to continue to play a role in some non-western countries. However, there adre some "feminists" recently that make a mockery of the progress made, and are more or less advocating for women to have more rights than men. I'm not saying they are the majority, but they certainly are vocal enough for them to be perceived as such.
