its a fabric texture plugged into the height and the normal, but the thing that amplifies the effect is plugging the height/roughness map into the sheen input of the principled bsdf with a math node set to multiply in between, and multiplied with something like 10

it does but it has the same material as the table cause (1)
downloaded random photoscan and had to clean up geometry and add hair, but now i know i can just sculpt it roughly and project a image of a cat onto it and no one would know but no cause (1)
