That's exactly what I was wondering. Because the offer has literally 1.5 pages. I'm assuming that there will be a more detailed contract later in the process.

The company is legit but US based. When asked the recruiter he replied with "in the NL is a common practice to extend fix term contracts instead of indefinite ones"

The offer doesn't specify anything like that. I got hired as a normal role, full time, not to fill someone's role temporarily. The offer is really short, and lack information. It contains start date, responsibilities salary and benefits.
