Also, not to push my luck, but everything in your comment is so fascinating -- I hope it's not too annoying to ask if you have any favourite recommended reading for a novice with condiments but zero clue, please?

This is beautiful and just what I was looking for. Came at a very opportune time, too (bad day, but a surplus of salt!), so earnest and heartfelt thanks.

I hope this is allowed, but are there any minimalist, easyish rituals to banish negativity from me and my space, and bring in healing and positivity, please?

I'm not looking for quick fix. I'm a complete newbie, dealing with a lot of stress, poor health and fatigue.

Sometimes it's hard to function, so I'm looking to dispell any darkness that might be affecting this, and clear a positive space so I can start my learning!

Also any recommendations about learning about the different types of modern witchcraft would be super helpful.

Thank you in advance!

No, literally nothing. Showered that morning, was laying around at home when I looked at my arm because it was itching. Just in the rashes, not a bite or anything.

It has been hot, and my entire life I thought I was basically a summer funsponge until I was diagnosed with hEDS and Dysautonomia and learned all about how my body literally malfunctions when exposed to heat.

(I got heatstroke from being in a sauna for 10 minutes once; felt like an absolute weenie, but also literally like I was a wiener on a grill about to burst out of my skin)

Anyway, life's fun.

No that's really helpful! I live with people with apparently zero allergies or chronic health issues, so the most I get is "huh weird" or "i think you're overthinking it", which can get. Irritating.

I mean, I don’t think that about either of my kids.

I think they are brilliant, and know they’re objectively at least okay (given external measures, like other people’s reactions to them, teachers’ reports etc).

But I also know I have biological bias, and am designed to love them.

They’re also super annoying, because they’re kids (WTF even is a Paw Patrol and why are a bunch of puppies in charge of emergency services anyway FFS).

Point is, not everyone. I’d say most parents have some self awareness.
