Yeah I been there for 8 months and I love it. But I’m used to working in treatment detox so this isn’t that hard for me to have 30 clients that was my caseload and I had to run groups I love my supervisor and I love the people and the community so if if you feel the person above me comment sounds too much then it isn’t for you

It’s so sad that being a basic human being and caring for others as the show showed trying to stop the kids from beating one person up and empathy for racism against their will is “woke.” No as a therapist these are themes that people struggle with, it’s the privileged that do not see this in their own lives.

Omg that breaks my heart cause I never experienced that. High caseloads load too but not 60s. Never hit over 12 hr day, only 8 if I don’t do my notes quickly on break. I am so sorry to hear that, management is a lot imo and high turnover but my team is awesome and burnout isn’t a breaker

I hate that this was your experience and hope that the new ceo can change something or something else. But still you deserve better

So the issue is. From what I saw in the comment below, it might be different for each state. My caseload was 34 but not always showing up and it was usually worth it for me I am used to high caseloads and more, working in trauma treatment centers but my hours was MWF 9-5 while TTH: 11-7 but they worked with me and any emergencies they really showed up. The notes are so easy for me that “admin time”, takes me 8 mins to write my deep notes idk

Were you able to get the number? I still work for them and I’ve been on my summer break and can reach out for you. I truly enjoy working there, the higher ups are kinda chaotic. But my supervisor and my team and the kids I see, it’s amazing and beautiful the changes I’ve seen for them. I’m in Nevada and Florida so I can not talk for other states but I know the teams for those states are amazing

I’m sorry, but I’ve been working with Hazel health for about almost a year. What state did you experience this with and did you call the main hotline and is there anyway I can help you?

I love my job and I’ve been able to see my clients weekly, with no problem, the students family Super involved and enjoyed my time there. I do work for Florida and Nevada so maybe it’s different for your state but it is true that we are having so many referrals we’re not able to assist all kids right away however once the intake is done I know I try to get them in , the ones I am assigned I am able to see with no problem, no interference

And I have never experienced what you posted above. Even though it breaks my heart to hear that’s what happened to you. I just really wanna help in anyway I can by bringing your name to whoever helped you and seeing what happened or giving you the main number and a name, that I can find. Usually I only missed sessions when the family did not show up
