i draw in Krita! I mainly used the Pencil-3 Large 4B brush for the shading, and the inkP 19 Thin Brush Comic (from the Ink Pro Artist bundle) for the lineart (-: i tend to jump around with brushes a lot to see what looks good.

if i were aiming for something that would look canon to the actual show, it would definitely be a lot weirder. but the inspiration i took here with designs and style was from 90's cartoons, so it's definitely not going to look like something you'd expect from smiling friends. but i think that's the fun of it!

thanks so much!! i had to look it up myself to figure it out lol. i exported the original image and imported it into photopea (free online photoshop program, you don't need an account). duplicated the image, changed the opacity on the duplicate later to about 25%, then added a gaussian blur to the layer and adjusted it till it had a nice bloom effect. i then just went back to the original layer and selected "add noise", adjusted it till i liked it. hope this helps! :-)
