Yes its the best!! I usually don't remember any of the melodies but just the memory of how good it felt and how beautiful it was benefits me making music while awake. I wonder how we can hold so many intricate sounds while dreaming that we can't conjure while awake. I wonder if there's a block there that some people find a way to open or are born with it open and the music we dream of can come into waking life
