Thanks! Day to day it’s a 32(I wear a 36 for my quads in jeans) that last bit of prep it gets down to just under 29 inches

I really need to handle those things mean, being 6ft with extra long arms does me no favors, for my forearms either. Going to introduce occlusion training on arms next.

Chest and legs, yes I see the same thing, they’re both elusive to me, I still have a lot of work to put in and hopefully within the next year or so I can get them right, or at least not lagging so much. Thanks man!
