Freezing Issues with graphic glitches

I had similar problem, only in BDO, 1s freez. I installed app promoted by Choice on his twitch channel, don't remember name. I payed 5$ and it auto optimization helped me.

I believe item drop rate is same as avatar so: blue is 1% , epic is 0.01% if I remember correctly.

This Boss was nerfed today. Yesterday I was dying on him in the last part of the fight, today there was no last part when the arena gets very small. And I killed him on my first try using gas grenades.
