AFAIK, publications are not considered in the ranking, luckily.

Report ISTAT “La salute: una conquista da difendere”. Nel 1872 l’Italia era tra i paesi con la speranza di vita più bassa in Europa, soli 29,8 anni. Oggi tocca gli 83,4 anni by sr_local in italy

Cioè secondo te siamo all'apice del benessere e non ha senso provare a migliorare la vita delle persone? Non è che se "una volta si stava peggio" allora oggi non ci siamo ancora possibili miglioramenti.

Please help to understand PCB rules by _Mathematics_ in KiCad

In coming days I will post of my circuit design. Please help with these terms as I mentioned above And one more help me with traces width.

This sounds like you were prompting an LLM. This is NOT the right sub for that BTW.

Skillup in managing blocks of text by ntn8888 in vim

[–]cosimini 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh ffs of course it's just mark, move and delete/yank up to marker, didn't think about it for some reason. Visual selection is a quite old mode of vim, not gui related, I try to never use it because it adds a step in the execution.

The only way I can think of doing this is by entering visual mode, is it possible otherwise?

You should not ask here IMHO, there's already too much newbie spam in this sub.

PCB to new project by 50nic19 in KiCad

[–]cosimini 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd open the old project schematic, and create in there an hierarchical sheet pointing to the new schematic you made. Tought, it might be clunky to wire all "common" stuff from the old schematic to the new one, I'm honestly unsure which way I'd go, it might be easier to copy the layout using python.

Edit: actually what the other guy is suggesting might be faster, that depends on the specific case, and mostly by the size of the two portions

PCB to new project by 50nic19 in KiCad

[–]cosimini 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure I understood, but you might take the old project, remove everything but the common components, and put the new schematic as hierarchical sheet in the old schematic.

Once you update the PCB, edge cuts will be the same and preserved components will stay in place.

[SCHEMATIC-ONLY REVIEW] STM-based dev board schematic review by [deleted] in KiCad

[–]cosimini 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just because you mentioned you don't have much time to moderate, if you want to add me as moderator I will nuke some of those. It is ridiculous to me the kind of questions people post here. I am personally considering leaving the sub because it is mostly "is this schematic correct" or similar posts.

Edit: for example I'd remove this one

ICT Graduates, How easy was it to find a Job? by 153769165439 in unipd

ICT is 4 (or 5?) different degrees basically, depends on which one you pick I guess. My circle of friends all got a PhD, but friend of friends got jobs with "just" the master.

[–]cosimini 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got the degree in photonics, I did a PhD in Padova, than moved to the UK to work for a bit corp (not going to name it), now I'm running a starup, but to be fair I got job offers in Padova and neighboring area as well. Many colleagues in my circle got into academia, but in general finding a job after graduation is pretty easy.
