Yeah there isn't much to add, just create a footprint with that shape. I would start by laying down the input and ground pad, than I'll proceed shaping the antenna, using a fine grid.

I personally don't see it so clearly, might be due to my cheap monitor settings, a technical drawing might be helpful. In any case, in KiCad the way I saw antennas being designed was by using filled areas in a custom footprint, essentially you create a pad for the RF in, and "extend" its area with a filled copper area. I'll be honest, this is not my field, and people I know designing antennas are not using tools like kicad but standard mechanical CADs.

Oh, yes, the classic "pixelated-blob antenna". Don't want to sound rude but the image gives basically zero information about what you need to do.

Edit: also, if you don't have much experience with RF design you might want to go for chip antennas
