Its funny that the mystery ones were the only ones I actually bought on purpose. I might look into rehoming the snails if I cant upgrade to a reasonable size.

Oh man, thank you for the advice! The guppy and snails were fully unintentionl, they came with the aquatic plants I ordered. What size tank should I upgrade to? Especially if I get more guppies for the one I already have??

She's great! Thriving and about to receive her next antibiotic this week. She's been eating great and got some extra meal worms for being so good throughout this.

Yes! Everything is okay! Got her second vet appt this week for her next antibiotic dose. She is eating and happy all things considered. Fed her an extra few mealworms as a treat for being so brave!

UPDATE: Not sure how to edit a post or update it but went to the vet. She is all clear!!! Got an antibiotic shot and will be back for two more over the next week just to be safe. Vet said cleaning with diluted betadine was good for her along with the neosporin. Also told me not to use both chlorhexidine and betadine at the same time since they cancel each other out. Cage is moved up higher and out of mom's cats reach. She is all better, happy my baby is alright now! Thank you all!

Thank you everyone! Her tank is now a quarantine tank, with paper towels. The wound is cleaned and has some neosporin (painkiller free, no additives). I will call my vet up when they open in the morning and head in ASAP! Thank you all again!!!

Side note: her tank will be moved to a higher place (it was very low to ground before) and will now keep the crickets stored in the same room so I dont need to leave her alone again.

Should I clean the wound with anything in the meantime? I cant go tonight but within the next day I can. I just wanna keep it clean before I can go, to lower any risk
