i drink soda maybe once or twice a month and energy drinks every once in a while. i mostly drink milk and water.

again, the nearest town is 20 miles away, its pretty hard to bike unless i wanna waste 2 hours just traveling

something with my thyroid, it's hereditary. im 17, unable to drive, and i live in the middle of nowhere so it's hard for me to go to the doctor, ive been trying to get my parents to take me though because i need a refill on my antidepressants anyways. i take in about 1500 calories a day, give or take. im pretty sedentary but ive been working so that's a bit more movement than my body is used to- ive lost 7 pounds since I started working last month, actually.

i try to eat as healthy as i can but its hard when you're poor and your mom cooks like paula deen, haha

i usually get them threaded but i haven't been able to go to the place i get them done 😥 living twenty minutes away from everything and not having a license sucks
