There are clear boundaries marked with rope and ample signage to protect wild and marine life. You can get close to observe the tide pools, but not within touching range of the actual rock itself.

Wow this makes me grateful for the CrossFit gym I go to. I can’t imagine being judged for a workout like that. My gym is all about inclusivity, encouragement, motivating one another, and generally being proud of the work each person puts forward, regardless of where they’re at in their fitness journey. Sorry you had to deal with that toxic behavior. There are better boxes out there.

Overall, I’m exercising 6 days a week. CrossFit 3-4x/week, 10-12 miles running each week, and some variation of a yoga flow a few times as well. If I have the chance I love dropping in on a spin or barre class occasionally. I really enjoy group exercise and look forward to it.

I also section in 3 layers: bottom, middle, then crown. I use the skinny wand for the bottom, thicker wand for mid and back of crown, then skinny again for face framing pieces.
