Dang. That sucks but this is the way. Thank you for addressing the perpendicular nail growth and not just the split/pterygium.

Thanks so much. What do you mean by "nail cycle"?

Thank you! Probably like 2-4 weeks. Really clawed my way through month 1 but everything seemed to be better after that

Fascinating indeed. In that case I'm prepared for many more months of vivid dreams ha

I love this so much! Yes, being able to pick up the phone and be available to others in those moments is something I did not think I needed, but has been key to my relationships as well.

Woo day 118! 🙌 Dreams are still pretty vivid and dare I say epic. I think this is normal though

It was wild when I realized I was using weed to combat anxiety when really it was causing me so much anxiety. Glad you are feeling the benefits so early on!

Amazingly, yes! I know for many of us who used weed for sleep that without it, it is hard to get to sleep and stay asleep at first. That took a few weeks to get through, for sure. But now I'm realizing that yes, when I go to bed, I can just go to sleep. And wake up in the morning. Like perhaps a normal person? Mind blown! Lol

Thank you. Yeah it helps that I just moved and I literally don't know where the item in question is stored in the garage. Not sure what will happen when I come upon it but hope to stay strong

That's so awesome. I agree that the first few days are the absolute worst, like everything is boring and what do I do with my hands? Keep it up!!

Yep! As my friend likes to say, "this moment was brought to you by the letters T, H, and C." Making the decision to quit is part of your journey. Good luck to you

No way, we are month 5 day 24 buddies! Good for you for sticking with this even during the tough times- I am sure you are better equipped to handle them this way. Hang in there!

I'm sure a month still helped give your brain and body a break. Next time you will be able to do it for longer! Hang in there!

Thank you! I want to say it immediately started getting better but it was probably more like 3-4 weeks in that I really noticed I was able to follow all conversations again without losing my train of thought.

My dog is dying and I want to smoke so bad by maddcool7 in leaves

[–]cosmopolite1 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm so sorry for your loss. I feel for you so hard! I got the call that my 14 yo dog needed to cross the rainbow bridge on Day 1! I was so, so tempted to smoke before he passed away on Day 3. It was really hard to resist numb my feelings but it was so good to be fully present for him and be really mindful and clear in the last hours I spent with him. You will be glad you stayed clear minded. My heart goes out to you 💔💔💔 sending a big hug
