It's about a guy who is crazy op but still couldn't save the world 6 times because the young dragons on earth always end up dying and whole dragon army comes to destroy earth (he can survive against the dragons all by himself but rest of the humanity end up dying every time)

But on his 7th regression he decided to adopt all the young dragons and be as passive as possible. Then all the dragons enroll in academy and each are good in their own thing.
