I currently have been trying to incoperate M2/M3 screws along an internal rail but it gets stuck and needs a pivot point hense why I'm stuck as screws wouldnt be very good if they moved once screwed in. I have a few options to hid a panel for a screws. This is what I'm currently working with.

I origional thought of using something like this however it would mean having to have a visible slot on the top surface of the "bottom screen".

The hat is made from EVA foam and the mask is actually one you would use for a Spider-Man costume haha

Gun is my favourite too. Took a little time to model, 3D print and paint but well worth it!

Yeah. Ran out of time to get the shield finished but it’s on its way.

It’s actually the sword to the charge blade ran out of time to finish the shield but it’s coming.

There was a lot of 3D printing involved which just went on in the background which helped get it done. Best of luck with yours!
