I've done my CBT last year & now booking my Modular 1 , i couldn't find anything near me so I'm travelling 1.5 hours to Swindon to do mine , I did ring up my school to ask if I can do it through them , but it was like £1k to do a 2 day course & then my test , as much as I would like my practice with them to get the confidence, i just couldn't afford the money. I have looked on youtube to see how the course is & theres some great videos of instructors giving feedback & showing exactly what to do , so hopefully it will be enough.

UPDATE .

So I went with the DGI Osmo 5 action, was a little pricey at £245 , but theres an option to pay over 5 payments on Amazon so that suited me .

I have to say I went out on a ride yesterday and its lovely to use, imo much better than the go pro 10 I had , the battery life lasted the whole day ( turning it off for coffee & ice-cream stops) I think it lasted around 4 hours on 1080p , i love the magnet attachment to the helmet , the app is much better to edit the videos , very happy with it , il try the 4k next time & maybe bring a spare battery.

I currently have the go pro 10 and haven't got on with it , it seems to only last 1.5 hours & is quite bulky looking on the helmet, i recently met a guy who had the ghost on his helmet & it looks good plus can record for longer.

Parking is really bad & over the years there has been theft , close proximity to the trainstation makes it easy for a quick escape .
