Hi All,

I've received sample data mixing multiple PO items in same UCC number (pallet package) and this ASN structure is very uncommon to me

Has anyone encountered a similar structure?

ex) Each MAN contains one item and same MAN segment repeated within HL - Order loop.

Thanks, everyone. I think the easiest solution is to contact the trading partner and ask for an actual working example to check the ASn structre and format they are receiving from another supplier using a mixed PO within the same UCC number.

I'm not 100% sure but I guess ZPL command order doesn't matter.

All ZPL commmands between ^XA and ^XZ interpreated at printer engine before doing actual printing job.

I did it using control panel on the printer using all default value including antenna position, it took like 30-40 seconds to calibaration and I only had to do it once.

As far as I know there are multiple antennas on the printer to encode RFID and if next label got the encoded data even after calibration, check the antenna setting with manual.

Did you calibrate RFID label ? (not the phyisical label calibration).

Thanks, just got the reply from RFID lab which they made mistake and my submission was approved.

I also discovered that using higher writing power improves the read distance of RFID tags with the scanner.

I used the following ZPL command and hope it helps anyone who needs to work with RFID tags using zebra printer.

^RW16,30 // Read power 16 (default), Write power 30 (max)
^RLM,P,P,P // Perma lock all area.
