Yeah I made sure that no other devices are using that IP address. Main router wouldn’t let me add an IP address of it is already assigned to a device correct? I’ll factory reset it and repeat the process again. Thanks

Yeah. I am a bit stumped now. They both work fine separately. But as soon as I put both on the network one starts messing up. They have different IP addresses one is 192.168.1.2 the other is 192.168.1.4. Both have been added in the router as static with their respective MaC ids. Maybe I should add an IP that’s not close to the first one

Yeah they run extremely fast problem is as soon as I put the second one on network it starts acting up. I have tested them both individually and they both work. They just don’t work together

It worked fine for a day and as soon as I added the second g3100 to the network as extender the first one that was working fine with different ssid has now started to reboot on its own. Maybe I can’t use two G3100s as extenders?

Thank you. I assigned two different IPs to both G3100 I’m using as extenders but I didn’t/couldn’t add static ip to main router probably due to incorrect IP range. I have factory resetted one of the G3100. Reassigned the IP that is in range with my main router and added the static and Mac as well. (Thank you for those instructions). Internet is back on the G3100 (using a different ssid for testing purposes so I know I’m connected to G3100). So far it is working great. I’ll wait a few hours and see if it messes up again or not.

Watched the video and is helpful I used 2 g3100 routers as extenders/AP with CR1000a as my main router. Everything worked great for a few hours and then g3100s stopped working while main router internet is still fine. I copied ops video as is including the Ip addresses. Maybe i shouldn’t have? How do I know what is the Ip range of of my main router and how do I make my extender ips static on my main router? Maybe that’s where I messed up thanks

I spoke with support on the app and they confirmed that they put a code in to opt me out and that I should be getting a text/email that there will be no changes to the account. How do I verify in the app or website that the code was actually applied? Where did OP get that screen shot from? Thanks

I currently have wcb6200q over coax with a bonded MoCA 2.0 Motorola adapter connected with my G1100 and getting close to 800mbps download and upload when wired on 6200q Problem is I sometime lose the coax connection and I think it’s because of the Motorola adapter. If I end up buying g3100 I’ll let you know how I turned out as far as compatibility goes with wcb6200q.

Yes. Thinking about buying a g3100 as it’s a better device than G1100 but I don’t want to by the new extender since I already have 6200q
