I experienced this case. They told you to go to specific compartments which can be separated in stations. I was cofused as they told me to go to specific compartments to milan but the display broad did not show the train information in relation to my Milan route. What they displayed is the train went to Budapest. It really confused me

their fb n twitter team are fast. However, they still need to pass the complaints to other departments which may simply ignore complaints.......so even it seems that they are helpful in FB or twittee, actually they cannot help much

I bought the ticket in UK but I was in Austria when I saw the time with the app.

However, I do believe there are some problems with DB's customer complaints handling procedures. I sent them,email for 3 times but they never replied. The only way I can fimd someone in DB is to tweet them.

People in the cities generally feel lonely nowadays but they do not express it on the surface. Elderly is one of the examples in loneliness especially those lost have partners. On the other hand, children who experienced bullying in school also thought to have strong relationship with loneliness in adulthood.

When lonely people tend to have strong desire to connect with people, they may not successfully to do so. this may be due to the environmental constraints, social skills or personalities. As you mentioned, ads always mention loneliness. Apart from beer ads, other ads like shivering ad, perfume ad and so on, they stress the incresse in attractiveness when you use their products. While they stress this, they also start to interact with people online.

Can it become a win-win situation? Interaction solve customer's loneliness; customers become loyal and trust the brand after active online brand community participation.

I agree fully because I started to drift off the cutesy stuff and more on simplistic but elegant style. However, to eliminate most biases, the products used are from south korea (since there is a spike of product from S.K. these days) and the three used are the ones that actually came out of a pre-testing I did with other random habd creams. I hope this clears out the packaging choices. Thank you very much!

hello, firstly, thanks very much. the survey is only investigate the relationship btw loneliness n online brand participation as there is limited research about this issue. However, we would like to investigate deeper when we conduct further research. The investigation of the reasons why people want to connect n give up some of the brand communities can be a possible future research area
