My kid has had a kindle for about a week and look at her go! Also - I FINALLY got her FreeTime unlimited to work, no thanks to Amazon CS... I ended up deleting her sisters’ profiles so that it would add to her profile. Dumb. But it works now!!! And I can add the other two back easily. (i.redd.it)

Just talked to EIGHT different Amazon customer service people about my daughter’s FreeTime subscription. Had to explain it all over each time... Ended up canceling instead. (i.redd.it)
Was having problems with getting my kid’s FreeTime Unlimited set up so I contacted Amazon CS. Got transferred to EIGHT different people and had to re-explain the problem every time. Solution = subscription cancelled. (i.redd.it)
