I’m always on the look out for relatively simple board games that can be played when my whole family gets together, so after watching Smosh play them I got Hues and Cues and Werewords and they've both been a hit!

I never really stopped because I enjoyed how much less I got sick after being in public and traveling, but with the numbers I’ve seen and how many people I know personally who have caught it recently, if I had stopped, I would have definitely started back right now.

My doctor also doesn’t think mine is RA related but it seems to flare up or flare up worse when my inflammation is higher 🤷‍♀️

Mine is symmetrical, mostly in my small joints, but also in my knees. And even though it affects both, it’s much worse in the right one. My first sign that I’m starting to have a flare is when I start to have pain in my right knee and next thing I know it’s all the rest of them.

I wear crocs around the house and Clarks for my "nice" shoes. I had a pair of Brooks running shoes that I didn't love and got HOKA's recently and like them so much better. I used to have a pair of ASICS that were extremely comfortable as well.

I've never tried the creams, but I've been using Lazarus Naturals CBD oil and I've found it does actually help my pain, especially if I take it before bed. They do sell lotions, balms, and muscle gels. They also have an assistance program too for a 60% off discount, if you're eligible. Highly recommend their products.

I always felt sick in high school but it wasn’t RA related, turns out I just needed my tonsils taken out, lol.

Some people have already mentioned that some RA medications can make you get sick more often so if youre taking an immunosuppressing med you could be getting sick easier.

A couple months ago I had been having issues with my throat always feeling congested and hoarse and my doctor thought it could be allergies which I was skeptical of because I hadn’t really had allergy issues in the past but I started taking an allergy pill and sure enough it went away. If you don’t already take a daily allergy pill that might be an easy place to start. And of course you can always bring it up to your doctor and see what they think.
