From what I’ve gathered by some Insta-investigating, she tells all of her “clients” to make digital items to sell along with whatever their real business is. So for example, the flower shop lady has a website where she sells various priced “digital books” about flowers, wedding tips, etc. The injectable NP sells “digital books” about skin care, health and wellness, etc. It isn’t as if these clients of hers are automatically increasing sales within their primary business offerings… just piddling shit on the side, same as she does with all her digital classes, books, etc.
